7winph Terms & Conditions

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 7winph website accessible at 7winph.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features available therein.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by a registered User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account wallet, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account as part of a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process 7winph uses to confirm User eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must wager using bonus funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited User" means any person under 21 years of age, any person located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or any person otherwise prohibited by applicable law from using the Platform.
• "Payment Method" means any approved method through which a User may deposit or withdraw funds, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT, and Coins.ph.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of 7winph is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandatory under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you will provide truthful and accurate information during the registration process. 7winph reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where the User cannot satisfactorily confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings generated by an Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be voided and forfeited.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

By registering on 7winph, you confirm that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from any country, territory, or jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by local law. You acknowledge that 7winph does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in any game offered through 7winph is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the 7winph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If 7winph identifies that a User holds more than one Account, all additional Accounts will be immediately suspended, and any balances or winnings held in those Accounts may be forfeited pending investigation. Bonuses claimed through multiple Accounts will be voided in their entirety.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any of these details change. 7winph may request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

2.5 KYC Verification

All Users must complete 7winph's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 7winph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

03 Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 7winph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify 7winph customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. You can reach 7winph support via live chat at any time. 7winph will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your Account following such notification. All actions taken on your Account before notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.3 Account Sharing

Account sharing — allowing another person to access, use, or operate your 7winph Account — is strictly prohibited. Each Account must be used exclusively by the registered Account holder. Any Account found to be operated by multiple individuals may be suspended immediately and any balances held pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

7winph accepts deposits via the approved Payment Methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by Payment Method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same Payment Method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 7winph processes GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 7winph reserves the right to impose reasonable verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 7winph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) by default. Users depositing via cryptocurrency payment methods (such as USDT) will have their deposit converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. 7winph is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuations that may affect the PHP value of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 7winph will notify the User via their registered email or mobile number before applying any dormant account fees. Dormant account fees, if applied, will not reduce the Account balance below zero. Users may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and completing any applicable verification requirements.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available on 7winph — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards — are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail. 7winph reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount, unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages by game type are detailed in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

7winph operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple Accounts; using low-risk, mathematically near-certain betting strategies to meet wagering requirements while minimizing risk exposure (commonly known as "bonus hunting"); and colluding with other Users to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 7winph reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings, and to terminate the Account without liability.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot games, virtual table games, and other electronic gaming products offered on 7winph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of RNG games are determined entirely by chance, and 7winph does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games on 7winph are streamed from licensed studio environments operated by established live gaming providers. Game results are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) under controlled studio conditions. Any malfunction or disconnection during a live game will be governed by the live gaming provider's applicable rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets, odds, and results on 7winph are subject to the sports betting rules published on the Platform. Odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is binding. 7winph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were published in error or where the event result is disputed.

6.4 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that results in incorrect game outcomes, odds, or payout figures, 7winph reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and refund the staked amounts to Users' Accounts. Winnings that would not have been payable but for a technical error will not be honored. 7winph is not liable for any loss arising from platform interruptions, connectivity issues, or device failures on the User's end.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7winph Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended and may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Creating more than one Account for any individual person;
• Using the Platform in any way that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Colluding with other Users to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in an automated manner without express written consent from 7winph;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in "chip dumping," "match fixing," or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with games or sports events;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7winph support staff or other Users.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by 7winph

7winph reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, that the Account holder is a Prohibited User, or that continued operation of the Account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or harm to other Users. During a suspension, the User will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or participate in any game or betting activity.

8.2 Termination by 7winph

In cases of confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, underage access, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — 7winph reserves the right to permanently terminate the Account, void any winnings, and forfeit any remaining balance where applicable by law. 7winph will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to prohibited conduct on the Platform.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 7winph Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closing your Account, any real-money balance remaining will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to completion of KYC and applicable withdrawal processing times. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7winph Platform — including but not limited to the 7winph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, software, text, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to 7winph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 7winph Platform without prior written consent from 7winph. Any unauthorized use of 7winph's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7winph shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses.

7winph's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7winph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

7winph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in the Philippines. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should not be viewed as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses. If you find that your gaming is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal difficulties, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the 7winph Platform.

The responsible gaming tools available on 7winph include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; loss limits; session time reminders; reality check alerts; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion. These tools are available free of charge under Account Settings. Self-exclusion options range from 24 hours to a permanent exclusion with no option to re-register.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 7winph Platform, you should first contact 7winph customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. 7winph aims to resolve all customer disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules and procedures, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

12.3 Time Limitation on Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred, to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

7winph reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 7winph will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 7winph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 8.3 above.
